You know how much I love wearing dresses, but hear ye hear ye – I found The Perfect Pant from Spanx and they are indeed – perfect. While dress pants aren’t a regular piece in my wardrobe, I know that having a black pair of pants in your closet is necessary. However, I wanted it to be a pair of pants I liked, could wear with a variety tops and actually looked forward to wearing.
When I saw Kathleen wearing these on her Instagram Stories I was instantly sold.
I’m wearing the high rise flare in black. (They come in navy as well.) This silhouette makes my 5’2” frame look much longer & leaner in my opinion. I’m often bewteen a size 4 or 6 and I’m wearing a size small. Fits perfectly.
These pants are so well made and they suck everything in. The quality of the material is fantastic and will last you awhile. I’ve had mine for a year, have washed them a couple times and they still look like new.
When I shared them on my Instagram Stories, I had a follower echo the same sentiment: “In case you have any plus size followers who don’t believe – I am 3X and I LOVE mine. Buying another pair!”
The size range is wide (they also come in petite & tall) and yes, they are *that* good my friends.
Here I’m wearing it with my favorite turtleneck jumpsuit and a longline cardigan. The pants make the look chic and polished. They look good with blouses or even a t-shirt…no matter what your style is.
