I’m really excited to be sharing my morning skincare routine with you guys today. This skincare routine has kept my skin so clear and smooth and I definitely think it has a lot to do with the products I’m using. I’ve really done my best to do research on ingredients and paid close attention to what my skin reacts positively to.
Because I’m still postpartum, I’ve been very intentional on using clean products. I typically buy my products from Sephora and they label what products are clean which is a lifesaver. But again, regardless of what I (or Sephora) say, I encourage you to do your own research to ensure that a product is best for you.
I currently use 7 products in my morning skincare which takes me about 10 minutes to get through my routine. I try my best to stay consistent with it because my skin notices if I miss a day. Plus, it’s one of my self care routines throughout the day. Watch the below where I share my morning skincare routine step by step. And if you haven’t already, subscribe to my YouTube channel.
Here’s all 7 products I use in my morning skincare routine. I break down why I love each product below.

TULA CULT CLASSIC PURIFYING FACE CLEANSER
I recently just started using the Tula Cult Classic Purifying Face Cleanser when my last one ran out and mentioned it in my March 2020 favorites. I really like it because it is in fact purifying without stripping your skin and making it feel dry. It leaves my pores super clean (which is key for clear skin). I use it both morning and night with my Mary Kay Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush. It also smells amazing. Tula uses probiotics and superfoods like blueberries and turmeric root in their products which is why this cleanser can purify without being drying. And it’s a clean and cruelty free product!

MARIO BADESCU WITCH HAZEL & LAVENDER TONER
Because texture is a big issue for my skin, using the right toner is especially important. I’ve been using the Mario Badescu With Hazel & Lavender Toner for the last 6 months and it has done my skin so good. Even though their rose water toner is a known favorite, I can’t use it because I am allergic to roses. But when I found their witch hazel & lavender toner it was a match made in skincare heaven. Of course, lavender is soothing so if my skin has any irritation, this toner instantly calms it right down. I use this with a cotton pad after I cleanse.

DERMALOGICA BIOLUMIN-C VITAMIN C EYE SERUM
Eye cream – or serum in this instance – is important. Especially because I’m not getting 8 hours of sleep nowadays with 3 little ones. The Dermalogica Biolumin-C Vitamin C Eye serum is so good it helps me fake looking well rested. Biolumin-C is an advanced bio-technology that fuses ultra-stable Vitamin C and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 to help dramatically reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Plus, vitamin C is brightening which is ideal for combating dark circles. I don’t get bags or dark circles, but when I don’t get as much sleep, my skin is noticeably dull. This eye serum really brightens my face right up whenever I use it.

SKII FACIAL TREATMENT ESSENCE
I’ve talked about this essence in my February favorites and the products that have changed my skin for the better and I’m happy to talk about it again. The SK II Facial Treatment Essence is just that good. I use it after toner by shaking the product directly in my hand 3-4 times and then patting it into my face and neck for 60 seconds. SKII’s patented Pitera is the secret weapon of this product. After discovering that older workers’ hands looked noticeably younger in a brewery, SKII concocted a super ingredient made up of fermented yeast and some other secret ingredients. Whatever Pitera is, I’m sold. It’s my favorite skincare product hands down.

DRUNK ELEPHANT C-FIRMA VITAMIN C DAY SERUM
You’ve already heard me rave about vitamin C and I’m going to do it again. The Drunk Elephant C-Firma Vitamin C Day Serum is my go to serum for my morning skincare routine and for good reason. Drunk Elephant products are clean and give me results that seem like instantly. This serum is jam packed with goodness like Pumpkin Ferment and Pomegranate Extract & 15% L-Ascorbic Acid plus Ferulic Acid. It helps prevent fine lines and wrinkles while improving the texture of your skin – which is my ministry. The bottle is pretty cool – you just twist and pump a couple times and pat the serum in your skin before moisturizer.

BIOSSANCE SQUALANE + OMEGA REPAIR MOISTURIZER
When it comes to moisturizer I want my skin to look and feel supple. So when I discovered the Biossance Squalane + Omega Repair Moisturizer I was happy that it did just that. I’ll admit, when I first tried it I wanted it to work like a magic trick and make all my skin issues disappear. Turns out, you start to see the benefits of this product after about a week or so of using it. You see, I don’t mind looking greasy after putting on a moisturizer, but this one leaves no greasy residue or feeling. It both hydrates and moisturizes because of the hyaluronic acid and omega fatty acids it has. After a month of using this, my skin looked and felt much more supple with a lot less visibility of fine lines.

SUPERGOOP UNSEEN SUNSCREEN
Last but certainly not least is sunscreen. I hope and pray you girls are wearing sunscreen – yes even if you’re inside the house. If the sun can shine through your windows, you should have on sunscreen every single day. My favorite sunscreen is the Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen because it’s lightweight and unseen. It almost has a blurring effect to it. I love how it makes my skin look on those makeup free days. And it doesn’t clog my pores up like other sunscreens have done to me in the past. Plus, it’s SPF 40 which is effective stuff.
