With Valentine’s Day just a few weeks away you know we had to make a charcuterie board for it. In my opinion it’s always a good time for heart shaped waffles, but especially on Feb 14.

I love brunch (who doesn’t?!) and I think this board is perfect for the family, your girls on Galentine’s Day or even with some other couple friends in celebration of love & life!
This circle board is huge and great for entertaining. And if I’m being honest, this waffle maker gets a lot of use at my house because I make about 20-24 of them at a time with my recipe and freeze what we don’t eat for hectic mornings. They’re easy to reheat in the toaster or air fryer.
And my goodness, I will never tire of cute dipping bowls like these little heart-shaped ones. They were perfect for sprinkles, syrup & chocolate chips.
To make this board come to life, you simply want to make the waffles the shining stars and then have at it with various toppings. Strawberries, raspberries & bananas were our fruit toppings along with a side of whipped cream. To add something savory I added some bacon.
So happy with how this turned out!
