Really excited to be back from a much needed “break.” I say break because while I wasn’t on social media, I was working my butt off to launch the new site. As you can see, things have changed.

I’ve changed my URL to my name and the content is more of a site than blog per se. But either way, I’m really happy with the work me and my team have executed in the last month or so. Things just feel fresh and clear on my end, which is the plus of stepping away. I know that we assume a case of FOMO when we step away, but that wasn’t the case here.

When we shot outfits the other day, I was kind of underwhelmed by the hanger appeal of this look. I thought it would need more because it was “just” a sweater and skirt. But once I put it on, I loved it. It’s simple. It’s chic. Which is more of my ministry nowadays. A leather pencil is just one of those things I’m so happy to have in my closet. You can make it work for the office, for a party or even church. Certainly, a staple.
